Envizion Philippines, Inc. is looking for ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably BS Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 6 months to one year experience in purchasing
  • Must be knowledgeable in clerical and administrative tasks 
  • Has excellent negotiation skills with suppliers, contractors and third party service provider
  • Possesses excellent communication (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent English language conversation and comprehension skills.
Work Shift:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8 hours per day (9am to 6pm)
Job Details:
  • Canvass, source, and purchase all company requirements
  • Monitor the efficient delivery of office correspondence, documents, packages, and office supplies within and outside the company.
  • Implement and improve purchasing system, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze and prepare reports as scheduled and needed.
