- Graduate of 4-year course preferably BS Business Administration or any related course
- At least 6 months to one year experience in purchasing
- Must be knowledgeable in clerical and administrative tasks
- Has excellent negotiation skills with suppliers, contractors and third party service provider
- Possesses excellent communication (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent English language conversation and comprehension skills.
Work Shift:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8 hours per day (9am to 6pm)
Job Details:
- Canvass, source, and purchase all company requirements
- Monitor the efficient delivery of office correspondence, documents, packages, and office supplies within and outside the company.
- Implement and improve purchasing system, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and prepare reports as scheduled and needed.
